The NocPix Ace 2 H35R combines a 12 µm VOx detector with NETD ≤12 mK and a 60 Hz frame rate. Its 35 mm F0.9 objective provides a field of view of 12.6° × 10.1°, covering 21.9 × 17.6 m at 100 m. This defines the area visible when assessing a scene and the surrounding terrain.
Seven colour palettes allow the image presentation to be selected to suit the scene and viewing preference. Sharpness, contrast and screen brightness each have ten adjustment levels, with warm and cool image settings also available. Automatic, manual and background calibration provide different ways to manage image uniformity during use.
Centre turret focusing places scene focus adjustment on the main body, while a separate dioptre ring adjusts the clarity of display symbols. The eyepiece provides 60 mm eye relief and a 10 mm exit pupil, with the image presented on a 2560 × 2560 AMOLED display.
Ocular Zoom 2.0 provides a 2–4× optical magnification range. Enabling Hybrid Zoom makes the ocular ring adjust optical and electronic magnification together; switching it off leaves the ring controlling optical zoom alone. The turret controller retains separate electronic zoom adjustment. Maximum magnification can be set to 12×, 16× or 20×, allowing the available zoom limit to be configured.
The integrated Class 1 laser rangefinder fitted to the Ace 2 H35R measures to 1,200 m with specified accuracy of ±1 m. Single and continuous ranging are available. Range data and the ranging reticle can remain displayed or clear after a selected interval, giving control over how much information remains in the sight picture.
Onboard ballistic calculation accepts parameters entered directly or through the Nocpix app. Up to eight profiles organise settings for different rifle and ammunition combinations. Preset calculation distances are available when severe weather reduces ranging performance. After compass calibration, app tracking can use stored ranging coordinates to show direction and distance to a recorded target position.
A built-in 3,650 mAh battery works alongside a replaceable 3,650 mAh 18650 cell. Maximum operating time is eight hours at 22°C, depending on use of functions such as Wi-Fi, ranging and recording. USB-C charges the internal battery, while the removable cell requires a separate charger.
The NocPix Ace 2 H35R features 64 GB of internal memory that stores photos and videos, with gallery access for reviewing saved material. Recoil-activated video provides selectable recording periods before and after the event, and USB connectivity allows files to be copied to a computer. The scope weighs 850 g and has an IP67 rating, with a specified operating temperature range of −20°C to +50°C.
